Instagrammable Landmarks and Views
While the Eiffel Tower is a must-see, there are plenty of Instagrammable spots in Paris that offer stunning views and photo opportunities of this iconic landmarkTrocadéro
One of the most famous Instagrammable spots in Paris is Trocadéro, offering a stunning backdrop with plenty of photo opportunities.
Avenue de New York
Avenue de New York offers beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower along the Seine, with fewer crowds than other popular spots. Whether it’s a peaceful walk or a quick stop to take in the view, this is an Instagram-worthy spot that shouldn’t be missed.
Avenue de Camoëns
Avenue de Camoëns is one of my favorite Instagrammable spots. The cobblestone street offers a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, perfect for capturing the city’s charm. It’s great for getting uninterrupted shots without crowds. Early mornings are the best time to visit since it can get busy. It’s also close to other photo spots, making it a convenient stop!
Port Debilly
Port Debilly, located along the Seine River, is another fantastic spot for capturing beautiful photos. Stroll along the lower levels, where you’ll find plenty of opportunities to photograph the Eiffel Tower, the river, and the charming cobblestones. For an unforgettable shot, consider booking a river cruise to get up close to the Eiffel Tower as you float along the Seine. It’s a unique way to experience the city from the water!
Rue de l’Université
Another must-see spot is Rue de l’Université, offering a unique view of the Eiffel Tower framed by classic Parisian architecture. This quieter street is ideal for capturing the Tower without the usual crowds, especially in the early morning or late afternoon.
Jardin de la Tour Eiffel
The Jardin de la Tour Eiffel (Eiffel Tower Garden) offers a peaceful, green space for close-up shots of the tower, framed by lush greenery. It’s perfect for a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of fountains and open lawns. The garden is a great escape from the busier spots, giving you time to take those iconic Eiffel Tower photos surrounded by nature.
While there are countless amazing locations near the Eiffel Tower, Paris is full of other Instagrammable spots just waiting to be explored throughout the city.
Sacré-Coeur Basilica
A visit to Sacré-Coeur is a must when in Paris. Perched atop Montmartre, it not only offers stunning architecture but also breathtaking views of the city. At the base of the basilica’s steps, you’ll find a charming carousel—ideal for capturing a whimsical touch in your photos. Whether you’re posing by the carousel or enjoying the views from the steps, Sacré-Coeur is a top Instagrammable spot.
The Louvre
The Louvre is one of the most famous landmarks in Paris, but the area around it has some magical spots too. The ornate streetlights near the museum create a romantic, Parisian vibe, especially at dusk. These elegant lights, set against the historic backdrop, make for a shot that feels straight out of a classic Paris postcard
Moulin Rouge
No visit to Paris would be complete without stopping at the iconic Moulin Rouge. Known for its vibrant cabaret shows, the red windmill is a popular photo spot. When I visited, the windmill had been damaged in a storm and replaced with a picture billboard, but the surrounding area is still filled with life, charming cafés, and opportunities to capture the lively spirit of Montmartre.
Instagrammable Cafés, Restaurants, and Bars
Paris is not only home to breathtaking landmarks, but its cafés, restaurants, and bars also offer endless Instagrammable moments. From charming street cafés to rooftop views, these spots make for unforgettable photos
Café Marly
For a chic and stylish photo op, Café Marly, right next to the Louvre, is a must-visit. With its breathtaking views of the museum, elegant arches, and prime location, it’s perfect for a stylish breakfast setting. While the café is lovely for photos, the prices can be steep, so keep that in mind. Still, it’s worth the splurge for a memorable meal and an unbeatable view.
La Bohème Montmartre
If you’re looking to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee while taking in Montmartre’s artistic vibe, La Bohème is the perfect spot. The outdoor tables provide a great place for people-watching while soaking up the neighborhood’s charm. It’s an ideal setting to capture authentic Parisian life and an Instagrammable moment.
La Maison Rose
La Maison Rose is one of the most charming Instagrammable spots in Paris. With its pastel pink exterior and vibrant flower decorations, it’s a photographer’s dream. If you’re heading there for photos, it’s best to visit while the restaurant is closed, as the owners can be a bit protective when it comes to photographers. Regardless, this spot captures the essence of Montmartre in the most delightful way.
Maggie’s Rooftop at Rochechouart Hotel
Maggie’s Rooftop at Rochechouart Hotel is one of my favorite places to enjoy the Paris skyline. The chic atmosphere is perfect for a cocktail and soaking in the views. I love visiting at sunset. The colors over the city and Sacré-Coeur are unforgettable.
Emily Café
Emily Café might not be on the typical Instagram lists, but it definitely makes mine. With its charming interior, floral pink exterior and close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, it’s a hidden gem for both cozy vibes and great photos.
Pink Mamma
Pink Mamma in Montmartre is another fantastic spot for both food and photos. The restaurant’s rooftop offers beautiful views of Paris, while its elegant staircase, lined with picture frames and mirrors, is a must-see for capturing chic photos. To secure a rooftop table, I recommend arriving before opening—it gets busy fast!
With so many Instagrammable spots in Paris, every corner of the city offers something unique. From iconic landmarks to hidden gems, these locations will give you plenty of inspiration to capture your own unforgettable Parisian adventure.
